Mathias Sithole
Founder & CEO
Mathias is a diligent and hardworking Mining Engineer who thrives on motivational approach to management and has excellent people skills.
Rose through the ranks from Learner Official on the conventional gold mines, through to being Section Manager on merchandised base metal mines and finally as Senior General Manager on the Platinum Mines. Due to his excellent people skills, also offered strategic leadership to the HR function as Group Executive: People for Implats, where he also served as a director on the Impala board and Two Rivers’ board.
